Thought it was about time I actually wrote something here………….

So where do I start:

I am a social exerciser.  I have a love/hate relationship with exercise.   I love running with other people, not so much on my own.  I love meeting  my friends at the gym and doing classes together, not so much on my own.  I love my karate and meeting my karate friends there.  I love going to hot yoga with my friends, not so much on my own……………..you get the picture!!
