Exercise: Fat Burner Class

I really love doing this class. I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before 😀

Tonight was the old mini marathon!

100 of each:

Squats
Lunges
Step Ups
Burpees
Pushups
Full situps
Leg Extensions
Ski Jumps
DB box punches
DB Overhead punches
DB lateral raises
Hover (3 minutes overall)

Then we all had to get a step and do minute intervals of step ups, followed by squats, followed by ski jumps, followed by squats, followed by more step ups, more squats and more ski jumps 😯

Yay, Christmas is over and done with for another year. If anyone mentions giftsets they might just get one shoved where the sun don’t shine!
