Exercise: Fat Burner Class

Back for another torture class!

Tonight it was all about Tabatas

8 x 20 seconds with 10 second recover of the following:

Burpees, full situps, jump squats, planks, pushups, mountain climbers!

Then a circuit with 1 minute of the following:

Pushups, mountain climbers, jump squats, tricep dips 😯

Wonder what the instructor has in store for us next week 😀
