Exercise:AM – Weights, Skipping PM: – Karate

I haven’t done any real weight training for ages, so I thought I’d reacquaint myself with the weights area at the gym 😀
Then it was about 15 minutes of skipping. I can’t seem to help it, but I always have a big grin on my face when I skip. I just love skipping 😀

Karate tonight and we were in a much smaller room as the main hall was being set up for a flower show tomorrow. With not much space, we were limited with what we could do, so back to basics, and combinations! I need to practice anyway, so it was good for me!

I am in agreement with Sarah. I love the name “Show me the bandana” for our Trailwalker team name. As this is my fifth year of doing Trailwalker, I get a special bandana and get myself on the list of “Legends” 😀
