Exercise: Lunch: 6km Run. Evening: Karate

It was so good to finally get outside for a run, and even better to meet up with Michelle and run with her 😀

I actually felt quite comfortable running, although I was very much distracted with all the chat between Michelle and I, so didn’t really think about how I was feeling too much!!

Karate tonight and I got to wear my nice new green belt 😀

It was all kata practice (and I need all the practice I can get!!). Works for me as it gave me the opportunity to really focus on my form!
