Exercise: 4km Treadmill run including Intervals, Skipping

Woohoo, I finally managed to drag myself out of bed to grace the gym with my presence!!

Said hello to my old friend the treadmill. It’s been a while since I’ve done any running, and even though I’m only doing the 5km at Melbourne Marathon, I thought it best to keep the legs ticking over!!

Then some skipping. Think it was about 10 minutes worth, or 3 songs long 😀

I’ve hit on a winner with the kitten keeping away from the bedroom door. Bought a spray bottle with euclyptus oil/teatree oild and citrus in it. Sprayed it around the door last night and it kept the kitten at bay 😀
