Exercise: Karate

So did I tell you that I’ve only got 3 days before I’m on holiday??? 😀

Unfortunately this meant that for me to feel any kind of calm, I was at work by 7.30am trying to get as much done as I could before everyone else got to work and took up all of my time!

I raced home and got changed so that I could get to Karate on time. Lots of kicking pads tonight. Always good for getting rid of pent up aggression/stress etc 😀

Another early start tomorrow I feel 🙄
