Exercise: Karate

Still working on side kick and back kick, with a hook kick thrown in for good measure 😯

A bit embarrassing to mention, but I’m going to mention it anyway, is the fact that my pelvic floor seems to be a little less strong than it has in the past 😳

I now know the reason why. It seems that Karate, with all the flexing and stretching, expands the pelvic floor, hence the problems associated with it 😳
