Exercise: Karate

My quads may be a bit sore tomorrow. We practiced sitting in shiko dachi 😯

I have had 2 clean days of eating. No chocolate, no cakes, no lollies, no bread, minimal dairy (milk in my coffee), no sugar. It was a bit of a struggle yesterday, but today has been much easier.

Tomorrow is an off day, so I can eat what I want (within reason of course!). Let’s see how that goes shall we??? 🙄
