Exercise: AM: 5km Treadmill (including intervals), Skipping – PM: Karate

Yay, I actually got out of bed when the alarm went off this morning for a change! Admittedly I was still tired, and I turned the alarm off with the intention of going back to sleep, but I ended up laying in bed for 5 minutes and gradually waking up, rather than drifting back off to sleep!

My shins were a bit tender though, especially when I was skipping. I made sure to rub some Arnica cream in after my shower!

A nice gentle class at Karate, which worked for me as any kind of pulsing may have aggravated the shins more 😀
