Exercise: AM: Treadmill Intervals, Skipping PM: Karate

I didn’t have alot of time at the gym this morning, so I ended up doing 20 minutes of intervals, followed by 10 minutes of skipping. Certainly got me sweating (out of my left armpit only of course!!) 😀

Happy to report that the pain in my shoulders hasn’t kicked in yet!
