A quick visit to the gym this morning, then straight on to work.

I have signed up for a 5 week, twice a week bootcamp at the gym. It is a ‘princess’ bootcamp, which means I won’t get cold or wet outside as it’s being held inside 😀

Got my stitches taken out at lunchtime, although the area is still a little bit tender.

From work, straight to Karate. Note to self: Make time for extra training at home 🙄
