Exercise: 5.2km Run – Local Streets (Sequences)
I was all ready to meet Michelle before work for a run, but unfortunately she text me to say that she wasn’t feeling well (get better soon chicky!). Now I was all dressed for running, so what else to do but run out the front door for a quick whiz around the block 😀
Slow is an understatement!! I just keep getting slower and slower 😯
The department I work for are having a “bake off” at work this Thursday to help raise money for one of the Sisterhood Charities. I found this recipe and tried it out tonight with great success 😀

If it makes you feel any better I think I’m getting slower too! I think it has something to do with that little three letter word that starts with an “a” and ends in “g” and “e”.
