Exercise: Body Pump Class, 20 Mins Treadmill Intervals

What’s this I hear you say, 2 pump classes in 2 days!!!

Definitely feeling much less pain after doing 2 classes in 2 days compared to 1 class last week. The body seems to have gotten used to it very quickly 😀

I can still feel the pain in my shins when I did the intervals, but it’s much less sore than it was on Thursday. Still can’t decide what to do about it. Do I stop skipping altogether or just shorten the time spent skipping?

I’ve made the decision not to do Run Melbourne. Just not that enthused about it right now. May look at another race a bit later in the year maybe 😉
