Exercise: Body Pump Class

An early morning pump class this morning with TW Michelle 😀

I’m hoping that I’m not going to be as sore as last week, and if I keep doing the classes, I’m sure I will stop getting any soreness at all soon 🙄

I realised this morning that I must have been doing something wrong in last week’s pump class, as I’ve had a sore left wrist and right elbow for the last few days but didn’t know why, and as soon as I started lifting the bar this morning, I could feel the pain again. A light bulb went on as to where the pain had come from!!
