Exercise: 4.5km Run/Walk – Local Streets (10’s)

Oh how I didn’t want to run tonight. No motivation whatsoever. Just as well TW Michelle was meeting me otherwise I probably wouldn’t have done any exercise!! I even text her this afternoon to see if she’d changed her mind (which luckily she hadn’t!!).

I’ve just finished making my first batch of scones that have not been flat 😀
