Exercise: Weights, 10 Mins Intervals – treadmill, Skipping

5am again 🙄

This time there was no cat at the door, just my own body saying WAKE UP!!

I laid there for 45 minutes willing myself to go back to sleep, while in my head I was trying to justify why I shouldn’t just get up and go to the gym seeing as I was wide awake!

So gym it was! I could have done a pump class but instead decided to do my own thing.

One morning this week while I was running with Michelle, I was complaining about how my toe is still really sore. She recommended rubbing Comfrey cream in. Of course I have a jar of this in my cupboard and kicked myself as to why I hadn’t thought to use this myself. 2 days later and my toe feels so much better 😀
