Exercise: 5.5km Run – Local Streets (10’s)

So tonight I got to hold onto the dog leash for most of my run with TW Michelle. Made running so much easier 😀

I can feel how much colder it’s getting both in the morning and the evening, yet I am feeling so much warmer than I used to and it doesn’t take me long before I’m feeling really hot! I think this my be down to the extra padding around my middle at the moment. In one way it’s nice to feel warm, but on the other hand I don’t want the padding around my middle 🙄

I read an article last night which recommended drinking a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it before running to help clear the airways. Supposedly it helps breathing and stops the need to cough constantly. I might just go find me some lemons 😀
