Exercise: 7km Run – MMCT (Ravens)

Loving these early morning runs with Michelle 😀

I was hoping that I could extend my run to 10km, but the legs were having none of it. I was feeling very leg weary, probably due to all the pulsing last night at Karate. I was also having trouble breathing properly and my chest felt really tight. I struggled running 7km 😳

I’ve dropped the ball quite a bit with my eating habits. Not sure why really, but there’s been alot of chocolate, cake and biscuits shoved down my cakehole 🙄

Might have to find some nice healthy, hearty warm stews and casseroles to eat instead of the sweet stodge!!
