Another early run with Michelle 😀

No major niggles. Just a little one on my right knee which has been on and off for a while now! Might have to pull the foam roller out and see if that helps!

Am going to sign up for Run Melbourne but can’t decide if I should do the 10km or the 1/2 marathon. I just don’t think I’m fit enough to do the 1/2 yet and I really don’t want to stress about doing the distance so maybe the 10km is the go??
