Exercise: Lunch – 6km Run – DCT (10’s) – Evening – Karate

Woohoo, two lots of exercise in one day 😀

Michelle came and met me at lunchtime for a run. Perfect running weather. Not too cold, sunshine and a breeze!!

My motivation for running has definitely returned. Having Michelle meet me for a run has added to that motivation, in fact I think she actually is my motivation 😀

Then off to karate tonight. Have a few bruises on my knuckle, which only means that I didn’t punch the pad properly 😳
