Exercise: 3km Treadmill Intervals, 9 mins Skipping, Core

Even though it was really cold this morning, I was already awake before the alarm went off, so I figured it was an omen to get myself down the gym 😀

Had a bit of a scare as I started my first interval. My calf seized up 😯

I had to stop and give it a good massage before attempting to run again. It gradually got better each interval I did!!

I felt like puking after my last interval and it took me a few minutes before I could start skipping.
