Exercise: Lunchtime 5km Run – DCT (10’s); Evening: Karate

Finally I got myself out for a run at lunchtime. And what perfect weather too 😀

Really must do it more often!!

Then off to Karate tonight. Somehow I’ve managed to stub my second toe on my left foot and it’s absolutely killing me now. I did the same thing on my right foot and have had to tape it every time I train, so I think I’m going to have to do the same thing to my left toe now 🙄

I’m hoping that by the end of the weekend I may be at a new level with my weight – you know how you just get stuck at a certain weight and it never feels like the scales will change!!
