Exercise: Weights, 15 mins Skipping, 25 mins Treadmill intervals

Okay so it took me until 10.30am to get out the door and get myself to the gym, but I got there in the end!

It was fairly quiet too, which was a bonus. No waiting for the weights, no personal trainer being totally selfish and self important by spreading themselves out over the whole weight area 😡

I had to wait until the pilates/yoga class was finished before I could do my skipping though.

I actually walked out of the gym feeling as if I’d put in 100% (which makes a change!)
