Exercise: 10 Mins Bike, 15 Mins Skipping, 10 Mins Eliptical, 10 Mins Treadmill

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do as I walked into the gym this morning, so just played it by ear 😀

The skipping is getting easier and easier to keep going for longer. I’ve been skipping for a song track, taking a 1 minute break, skipping for another song track etc. I may even see if I can get up to 30 mins of skipping. Love skipping 😀

I did intervals on all the other equipment. Love intervals 😀

Cheat night with my food tonight. Going to a Thai restaurant to meet up with some former work colleagues. Love my cheat meal 😀
