Exercise: Weights, Treadmill Intervals (1.5km)

Back in the saddle 😳

I’ve had a lack of motivation over the last few days. I have found it a real struggle to keep on the straight and narrow with exercise/food/anything at all really!

I don’t think having a holiday really agrees with me. I am a routine kind of gal, and when I don’t have a routine I tend to veer off into the never never!

So back to work today means back to my safe little routine where everything has a place. I know what to eat, when to eat it and everything that’s gone into making it. Yep, all is good with the world again 😀
