Exercise: Weights workout, 10 Mins Skipping intervals, 10 Mins Treadmill intervals

I’m really starting to enjoy my mornings at the gym. More because I look forward to the intervals than the weights, but I’m not disliking the weights either.

I come out of the gym feeling like I’ve done a decent morning’s work 😀

While I was doing my weights, there was a woman having a PT session. The PT had this totally bored look on her face and was totally disinterested in the whole thing. I then saw her with the next client and it looked as if she was doing exactly the same exercises and looked just as disinterested. I don’t think I’ll ask for her if I ever decide to do some PT sessions 🙄

Day off tomorrow…..Woohoo!!
