Exercise: AM – Weights, Intervals – Treadmill – 2.5km
PM – Karate

I’ve found the best way to get out of bed when the alarm goes off……jump straight out of bed! That seems to be the only way that I can get myself up and out the door early!

I am really enjoying the gym again, especially the intervals on the treadmill. It really makes me realise that I love running 😀

Karate started again tonight. It was hot and sweaty, especially as the hall where it is held is not air conditioned at all. I’m sure I lost a kilo just in sweat!

I was hoping to get out for a walk in the morning but if it’s still raining as much as it is now, I may have to use the treadmill at the gym!
