Exercise: Weights, Intervals – Treadmill (2.75km)

There was a huge gasp from the girl behind the desk when I walked into the gym this morning 😳

The gym was virtually empty and I had the whole weights area to myself 😀

A 20 minute interval set on the treadmill finished off my session. I did struggle to run for more than 2 minutes before having to walk again though!!

Am on a roll with the exercise 😀
