Exercise: 9km Walk – Home to Chirnside & return (10’s)

I needed to keep my legs moving after yesterday’s walk so I thought that a walk to the supermarket would be a good idea!!

It was another fantastic day, so I chucked the rucksack over my shoulders and headed out into the sunshine.

It was pretty much all uphill, which I’d forgotten about until I started walking and all I could think about was that it would be so much easier walking home!

Raced around the supermarket buying essentials, got through the checkout pretty quickly and only realised once I’d put everything in my rucksack that the bloody thing was very heavy and I’d probably bought a little bit too much 🙄

My back was a bit sore by the time that I got home, but not so bad that I complained too much 😀
