Exercise: 4.4km Run/Walk – MMCT (10’s)

My new regime involves doing some kind of exercise for at least 30 minutes each day, even if it’s just a walk around the block!

It was wonderful being able to run with Michelle again, even if it was only for 30 minutes. I got up early and did something. That’s good enough for me 😀

I struggled a little bit with my breathing when we first started running. My chest felt quite tight and it hurt a bit to breathe deeply. I think it might just have been the cold air. That’s what I’m going to tell myself anyway 🙄

Tomorrow’s exercise may be a bit more painful. Watch this space 😉
