Exercise: Gym – Bike Intervals, weights, skipping intervals

My reason for going to the gym this morning, apart from doing a workout, was to cancel my membership.

I have been to the gym very little since I took it out, even though I’d convinced myself that I was going to use it regularly 🙄

But when they told me that I’d have to pay a cancellation fee because I was still in a contract, it actually worked out that I wouldn’t be paying much more if I just kept the membership going until the 12 months were up so I’ll let it run until then. Maybe that will motivate me to go a bit more 😀

I felt very lethargic doing my workout. The only thing that got my heart rate up was the skipping and star jump intervals!!!
