Exercise: Bike Intervals, Weights/Core (Trigons)

I actually went to bed before midnight last night, which is not something that’s happened much recently, so when the alarm went off at 5.45am I was happy to get out of bed to go to the gym 😀

It wasn’t a huge workout, just some intervals on the bike, followed by some arm work and some core. I know that my arms will be sore tomorrow though 🙄

So glad I don’t bank with the Commonwealth!!
