Exercise: 4km Run – Treadmill (Sequences)

Well in comparison to yesterday’s session at the gym, this morning’s run was absolute crap.

I had no energy, I just could not run on the damn treadmill!! Every minute that ticked over was soooo slow!!

I’d like to try and get another run in before Sunday, all things being well!!

I’m so happy to know that it’s going to be sunny and warm for the run. I much prefer to run when it’s warm. Just need to remember to hydrate properly beforehand!!

Kat, don’t have any goals for the run, just to get out and enjoy it 😀
