Exercise: AM: 7km Run – Track (Cohesions): PM – Spin Class

This morning’s run has to be one of the best runs I’ve had in a long time. I felt great the whole time Michelle and I were running around the track. My legs had plenty of energy, which may be because of the new trainers I was wearing 😀

It wasn’t even that cold either. Had to shed the beanie, gloves and neckwarmer after the first couple of km’s

I even made Michelle sprint for the last 500 metres 😀

Then tonight I did a spin class with TW Michelle. Haven’t sweated like that in a while 😳

So tomorrow I may have a bit of trouble getting up, sitting down and generally moving comfortably 🙄
