Exercise: Body Attack Class

It’s been a long time since I’ve done a Body Attack class and I probably wouldn’t have done it tonight if TW Michelle hadn’t text me last night asking if I would be interested.

I had the best time. Absolutely loved the class 😀

The only thing I found was that my calves didn’t like all the flat footed jumping jacks that we did. It was much easier if I did them on my toes.

And I also realise that my pelvic floor is not very strong 😳

I’m meeting Michelle in the morning for a run so she will love listening to me complaining about how sore my muscles are 😀
