Exercise: Bike Intervals, Weight circuit

Ouch, ouch, ouch!! Yes the DOMS have arrived 😯

I was meant to run with Michelle yesterday, but for me, the weather just put me off running at all. It was so inconsistent. One minute it was sunny, the next it was torrential rain. Not the kind of weather I like to run in, and even though my 1/2 marathon is looming, I am still loathe to go out and get soaked 😳

Instead I spent all morning in the kitchen, cooking up another batch of Pumpkin soup and also some more Paella for Hubby, who absolutely loved the first lot 😀

This morning was just a nice easy spin on the bike, followed by some gentle weights to help with the DOMS. I am really feeling it in my left quad, for some reason, and also where I was doing lots of pushups.
