Exercise: 2km Run, Bike Intervals, PT Session (10’s)

I made sure that I got to the gym early so that I could do a warm up before my PT session (learnt my lesson from the last session I did 😳 ).

I’m sure that the PT was just out to have a laugh at my expense. She made me do things that no normal person should be doing. For instance, trying to balance whilst laying over a fit ball, in a push up position, with hands on a medicine ball, and then doing dips over the ball 😯

Once again it’s really highlighted just how unfit I am. That horrible cold sweat, feeling faint and queasy feeling came over me after 5 minutes 😳

But on a good note, I’ve got another PT session with her next week 😀
