Exercise: Bike Intervals, Weights, Core

Not a great sleep last night meant that I was tired and cranky when the alarm went off. I really, really didn’t want to get out of bed, but somehow I still did it.

I felt much better once I’d walked into the gym, although my energy levels were still pretty low, so instead of doing a run on the treadmill I opted for the weight machines 🙄

So that’s 4 days in a row of exercise. That hasn’t happened for a long time 😀

Have now entered the GC 1/2 Marathon 😯
