Exercise: Bike Intervals, Weights

That little devil in my left ear nearly got the better of me this morning 😡

I was awake before the alarm went off, but as I had gone to bed later than I should have, felt tired when I woke up. I laid there for 5 minutes and realised that I wasn’t going to go back to sleep, and after a couple more minutes arguing with myself, got out of bed and went to the gym 🙄

Geez, how hard did I make something relatively easy like getting out of bed!!

Jumped on the bike and did some intervals, followed by a circuit of the weight machines, with some core work to finish.

I’m really happy to report that my legs feel good. No pain, no real soreness, so I think all the hill walking that I did while training for Trailwalker has paid off 😀
