Can you see that…..two lots of exercise in one day…YEAH!!!

And to top it off I am sore as crap from doing the circuit yesterday morning.

How happy was I when the first thing we did when we walked into the circuit class was boxing 😯

My arms and shoulders were already sore from doing burpees and push ups yesterday morning, so to be doing boxing on top of that pain was just excruciating. And joy of joys, what should we be doing next……PUSHUPS!!!! Aaaagggghhhhhh!

Off to bed now as I have to be up at 4.30am to meet Michelle for a run. Wonder if I’ll get a text (fingers crossed!!).
