Exercise: 20 Mins Bike Intervals, 3km Run (Trigons)

So this is the week of getting the most out of my gym membership. This is also the week that I actually take my exercise and food intake seriously 😳

As I went to bed at a decent time last night, getting out of bed when the alarm went off wasn’t too much of a struggle this morning. Of course the little devil in my head still tried to talk me into staying in bed and closing my eyes again, but I wasn’t listening to him this morning 😀

I was a bit hesitant about doing any running as I wasn’t sure how my hip was going to fare. Felt no pain at all while doing the intervals on the bike. Good sign. Jumped on the treadmill for a slow easy run and was happily surprised to feel no pain whilst running either. Woohoo!!
