Exercise: Bike Intervals, Basic weights

Well I’ve signed back up at the gym again.

How is easier to get out of bed at 5.45am, get dressed and drive to the gym, rather than get out of bed at 6am, get dressed and walk into the spare bedroom, where I can do exactly the same exercises as I did at the gym this morning 🙄

Anyway Day 1 and I made it there, so I suppose that’s the main thing. I’m hoping to do alot more classes this time, especially as most of the ones I enjoy doing start at 6.30pm, which means that I can finish work and drive straight there.

Okay, gotta go, my bed is calling me 😀
