Exercise: 6km Run – DCT (Sequences)

Oh the joy of a lunch time run 😀

It was perfect weather for running.

I warmed up for 3km (yes, that’s how long it takes me!!), had a stretch and then did 2km of interval running – 8 seconds flat out, 12 seconds recovery!

Note to self: must do lunch time running more often!
