Exercise: 5.5km Walk, Bike Intervals, Core Work

Well a better day today exercise wise.

Walked down to the Supermarket with Hubby and Alana to get a few things, then walked home again.

When I got home I thought that as I was dressed for exercise I’d dust off the bike and did 8 sets of 45 seconds flat out with 45 seconds recovery.

This certainly helped my legs, which were very sore from doing squats and lunges yesterday 🙄

To add to this pain, I did some more today as well 😀
