Exercise: 4km Interval Run (Treadmill), Core work (Sequences)

Another late night last night meant that I didn’t get up and go to the gym 🙄

Instead I dropped Alana at Cubs and raced across the road to the gym so that I could make the most of the time I had.

Sadly my fitness seems to have dropped considerably since my last interval session. I struggled to do 1 minute at 13.5kph followed by 1 minute at 6kph. Managed 7 reps before I ran out of energy.
