Exercise: 5km Run – Treadmill (8’s Blue)

Okay, who took my energy 😦

Honestly, doing 5km this morning felt like I’d just done a marathon, it was that hard 😯

Looking back, I probably didn’t fuel up very well after my long run yesterday. I must remember to think about what I’m eating, rather than just eating whatever I can get my hands on first 😳

ITB Band It’s the black one further down the page. I have been putting it under my knee, rather than on top of it.

I’ve also just found these ones (should have Googled sooner I think!!)
