Exercise: 7.3km Run – Treadmill (8’s Blue)

So I finally got another run in. Had to go to the gym as it was cold and wet ouside (and you all know how much I hate the cold and wet 🙄 ).

I used my ITB strap on my knee and this did seem to ease the niggle.

A good run, where I increased the speed each minute until I was running at 11kph, then reduced it and started again.

I’ve also started doing the 100 push up challenge that Andrew mentioned on his blog.

I did Day 1 on Wednesday and completed Day 2 last night after my treadmill run. Not sure if this was a good thing or not as I really struggled, and was glad of the 60 second rest breaks. Strangely I’m enjoying the feeling of having used my muscles 😯

Andrew, the Bodyglide is a 2.5oz or 70gm stick.
