Exercise: Netball Game (Propels)

Would you believe that I have no soreness in my legs at all today. 🙂

My knee is still a bit tender, but nowhere near as sore as I thought it would be.

I can probably put my lack of soreness down to the following:

We walked the last 800 metres of the run….okay it was more of a hobble than a walk, but it wasn’t running 🙄
I had a protein shake as soon as I got back to Michelle’s place.
I sat in a very cold bath when I got home.
I put my skins on after my lovely warm shower.
I stretched properly (for a change!).

Anyway, I was able to run around the netball court without any pain, which is a big thumbs up in my book 🙂

And we won our game, but then the other team only had 5 (very good) players so we were very fortunate there!
