Exercise: 30 Mins Cross Trainer, 10 Mins Rower, Weights

I was knocking on the door at the gym this morning. Okay, I was only a couple of minutes early, but I was still there before it opened 🙄

So I’m feeling a little bit apprehensive about the outcome of my visit to the doctor tomorrow. I am so hoping that he says it’s okay to run and that it’s only a little bit of tissue damage. If he even mentions the word stress or fracture I think I might have a little tantrum right there in his office 😳

Okay it’s a short post tonight as Biggest Loser is about to start 😀
